The Role We are looking for a Account Manager to join our growing team — someone with 2–3 years’ agency or in‑house experience who is ready to step up, take ownership, and play a key role across multiple client accounts.

You will be confident managing day‑to‑day client activity while contributing strategically to campaigns and creative thinking.
Key Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day delivery across a portfolio of client accounts
Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, talent and media
Lead on campaign execution across PR, influencer, social and events
Develop press materials, proposals, reports and client communications
Identify and secure media opportunities across print, digital and broadcast
Support influencer casting, negotiation and campaign delivery
Oversee content creation and social storytelling for brands
Coordinate and execute events, launches and brand moments
Monitor performance, reporting and campaign results
Contribute ideas that keep clients culturally relevant and ahead of the curve
About You 2–3 years’ experience in PR, communications or influencer marketing
Agency experience preferred (but not essential if strong in‑house exposure)
Strong understanding of Irish media and influencer landscape
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
Confident communicator with excellent writing skills
Proactive, solutions‑focused and commercially aware
A natural relationship builder with attention to detail
Passionate about beauty, fashion, lifestyle and culture
Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment
