The role will entail working as part of a multidisciplinary team to serve a range of international and domestic clients across a diverse range of sectors. A key part of the role will be to work with existing corporate tax senior management in developing the firm's corporate tax service offering. Responsibilities: Leading a significant Corporate Tax client portfolio Opportunity to work with partners on advisory projects include M&A, due-diligence, IP planning, and reorganisation assignments. Coordinating and collaborating with other RSM member firms on cross-border projects and business development initiatives Leading business winning initiatives, including identifying and cross selling business opportunities and leading tender processes to potential new business partners. Providing strong technical guidance to ensure the delivery of a quality Corporate Tax and related advice to our clients within budget and to agreed timeframes. Leading a team of professionals to ensure a high-quality talent experience for our staff and overseeing all associated management activities. Managing and monitoring the department key performance indicators on a periodic basis. Contributing to the strategic planning within the business unit and to firm wide initiatives. Providing mentorship to junior staff, and work on attracting, developing, and retaining the best talents for the firm. About the ideal candidate The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: ITI and ACA / ACCA qualified with at least 8 years' experience Practice experience at a senior level within a Top 10 firm Experience in leading a team while simultaneously delivering multiple assignment to a diverse client base Ability to foster trusted relationships with our clients, combined with strong commercial expertise. Strong technical skills to deliver corporate tax advisory services. Prior experience of working with FDI cases (desirable but not essential). Team player with experience in managing staff. The role will provide the candidate with the opportunity to help our clients develop compliant, tax efficient structures that help advance their business goals. The candidate will focus on all aspects of transfer pricing planning, documentation, benchmarking, valuations, dispute resolution, and advance pricing agreements. Responsibilities: Demonstrate knowledge of complex transfer pricing concepts and collaborate with clients to understand their business models, value chains, and intercompany transactions and develop effective transfer pricing strategies. Conduct economic analyses, benchmarking studies, and financial modelling to determine appropriate transfer pricing strategies that align with regulatory requirements and business objectives. About the ideal candidate The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: A degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business or Law. At least 4 years' transfer pricing experience in a consulting environment. Strong technical knowledge, more specifically international tax laws, transfer pricing regulations, and OECD guidelines. Knowledge of transfer pricing of financial transactions will be an added advantage. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using relevant tools and software for economic analysis and financial modelling. Demonstrate an ability to adapt to changing client and market needs, to contribute to new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems.
