The Production Manager Role As Production Manager, you will take full responsibility for the end-to-end manufacturing process from initial project intake through fabrication, assembly, integration and final completion. This is a highly visible, hands‑on leadership role where you’ll plan, direct and coordinate activities across multiple departments including fabrication, electrical, finishing and final assembly. You will lead teams, manage schedules, ensure compliance with relevant standards, and drive continuous improvement across the production function.
