About the role: We are seeking a proactive, organised, and relationship driven Recruitment Coordinator to join the RCSI HR Team. This role is key in delivering a high-quality recruitment and onboarding experience for all new hires across the University. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will act as a central support to the Recruitment Partners, coordinating the full recruitment lifecycle-from advertising roles through to onboarding successful candidates. Population health scientists and researchers at RCSI have an impressive, multi-year track record undertaking impactful multi-disciplinary research and collaborating with an extensive network of international and national partners. Summary of Post RCSI is seeking a postdoctoral fellow for a fixed period of 11 months to support the education and research work of the Cameron Scholars Programme in delivering focussed research, education, and collaboration in the dynamic environment of the School. The Cameron Postdoctoral Fellow will work directly with School of Population Health lecturers on designated research projects encompassing, but not limited to key population health research themes (e.g. women's health, equity and marginalised groups, digital health, nutrition and lifestyle intervention, influencing policy and practice in healthcare, epidemiological and economic modelling of chronic and neurological diseases). The candidate will join the Cameron team, which is charged with generating research funding, conducting high quality research and translating outputs for academic publications, along with delivery of the MSc in Population Health Leadership.
