JOB DESCRIPTION The purpose of the Talent Acquisition Partner is to attract and recruit the very best talent for Richmond Marketing . While the focus for this role i s on talent acquisition , there will also be the opportunity to gain experience and exposure to all elements of the people function. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Talent Acquisition Manage the 360- talent acquisition lifecycle including creating and posting job ads online,scheduling, candidate screening and i nterview, offer, compliance , reference checking and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles. Understand the short, medium and long-term hiring priorities and work with the Head of HR / internal managers to develop detailed talent plan s . Manage the i nternal approval process ensuring correct sign off at each level . Map the market for all divisions , providing up to date market data on salaries, benefits and availability to hiring managers , manage i nternal expectations and provid e ongoing training, coaching and advice. Develop and promote our Employee Value Proposition and build our employer brand , positioning Richmond Marketing as an employer of choice. Manage external review sites e.g. Glassdoor , and monitor and provid e reports . Develop , build and nurture a variety of sourcing pipelines including colleges, LinkedIn , internal applications, referrals, and professional networks providing a proactive internal recruitment service. Develop relationships with external recruitment partners ensuring they understand our EVP and deliver cost effectively. Screen and interview candidates by phone and/ or MS Teams against current and future opportunities. Submit shortlisted candidates to Hiring Managers providing detailed screening information and your recommendations. Provide a stellar experience for all candidates ensuring prompt communication and quality feedback . Keeping the ATS updated in real time e nsur ing compliance to GDPR. Provide regu lar reports to the Head of HR and Leadership team on all recruitment activity. Manage the offer and onboarding process i ncluding new starter i nformation, welcome packs , benefits information, to ensure a smooth start for new employee. Complete regular benchmarking exercise to support the salary review process. Conduct 30 - day check - i n and exit i nterviews. Champion Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives and ensure they are embedded into the recruitment process. General People Duties Support and Input Into talent management Initiatives Including learning and development programmes, succession planning and competency frameworks. Provide administrative support for employee records, policy and handbook updates . Support employees with i nformation on HR processes and procedures and act as a HR point of contact . Assist with HR communications development and posting . Work with the Head of HR to develop and enhance all aspects of the people function i ncluding culture, engagement and employee relations. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Demonstrated Talent Acquisition experience with strong sourcing and interviewing experience. A gency experience an advantage or a combination of agency and i nhouse. Strong understanding of the talent acquisition process . Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels of the business . Excellent communication skills i ncluding drafting job adverts and social media content to drive direct recruitment. Innovative and adaptable , a t eam player with a high level of self-motivation and a 'can do' attitude. A desire to get involved in the wider people function. Experience of and comfortable working in a fast - paced environment . Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills . The Role: We’re looking for a charismatic, street-smart, and nightlife-savvy Brand Ambassador to lead Jägermeister activity across the Republic of Ireland . This role goes beyond buzz-building— it’s grounded in authentic, long-standing connections within the on-trade industry. Whether it's working with bartenders behind the bar, identifying hero serves that drive rate-of-sale, or activating at key trade moments, this position requires a hands-on operator who lives and breathes bar culture. You’ll be the face of Jägermeister—educating, advocating, creating unforgettable moments, and ensuring the brand is both top-of-mind and top-shelf in Ireland’s most influential venues. You’ll work closely with sales, trade partners, and nightlife tastemakers to bring the brand to life where it matters most. You’ll Thrive In This Role If You Are: An experienced on-trade professional—bartender, brand ambassador, or field specialist—with strong roots in Ireland’s bar scene A creative thinker with commercial instincts, able to spot opportunities and execute them in high-tempo environments Deeply networked across hospitality venues, bar staff, and decision-makers Confident leading training sessions, setting up activations, and building brand presence in high-volume accounts Just as comfortable talking to a barback as you are a national buyer—adjusting your energy and messaging on the fly Key Responsibilities: Brand Education & Trade Engagement Run engaging training sessions and product tastings with bartenders and front-of-house staff Deliver consistent, high-quality product knowledge that empowers staff and elevates guest experiences Develop serve strategies and rituals that reflect both the brand identity and current bar trends Trade Relationship Management Forge and nurture strong working relationships with key accounts, decision-makers, and hospitality professionals Act as the go-to contact for trade partners needing support, insights, or assets to elevate their Jäger offering Support bartender communities through brand sponsorships, collaborations, and cultural alignment On-Trade Marketing & Performance Plan and execute strategic on-trade campaigns that drive ROS (rate of sale), menu listings, and visibility Partner closely with Richmond’s sales team on joint business plans, account targeting, and monthly KPIs Champion Jägermeister in top “lighthouse” venues, building success stories to replicate across other accounts Stay hands-on in the field to troubleshoot, build presence, and continuously raise the standard of execution Digital, Reporting & Insight Gathering Use your social platforms to highlight trade partnerships, new listings, and field moments Provide regular updates, including venue feedback, competitive analysis, and trend spotting Monitor emerging trends in the bar world—from drink formats and flavour profiles to service rituals What You Bring: Minimum 2–3 years in a relevant on-trade role—bartender, bar manager, brand rep, or trade-facing ambassador Strong knowledge of bar operations, product placement, and premium spirit sales strategies An active network of industry contacts and a personal presence in the Irish nightlife and bar scene A self-starter attitude with the discipline to manage multiple accounts and priorities Excellent presentation skills, from bar team training to partner meetings A full driver’s license and flexibility to travel across Ireland frequently #J-18808-Ljbffr
