    Volunteer Analytics, Tech & AI Executive BRIA (Brazil-Ireland Association) Organisation Overview: BRIA is an initiative dedicated to supporting Brazilian professionals in Ireland as they overcome challenges related to employment, career advancement, and integration into the Irish job market. Our mission is to provide resources, professional development opportunities, and a strong support network to help the Brazilian community thrive in their professional lives and integrate more easily into Irish society. Position: Volunteer (Non-paid) – Analytics, Tech & AI Executive. Location: Remote / Hybrid (Ireland-based applicants preferred). Time Commitment: Part-time (flexible hours, approximately 3–5 hours per week). Role Overview: As a Volunteer (Non-paid) Analytics, Tech & AI Executive , you will play a key role in strengthening BRIAs data-driven decision-making and technological development. Youll be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to generate insights that guide strategic initiatives for the Brazilian community in Ireland. Youll also contribute to integrating analytics, technology, and artificial intelligence tools that enhance BRIAs efficiency, innovation, and community impact. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct descriptive, exploratory, and inferential analyses to identify patterns, relationships, and trends in BRIAs community data. Technology & AI Integration: Support the adoption of modern technology and AI-driven systems to improve internal processes and community engagement. System Development: Build and maintain analytics systems that transform complex data into accessible frameworks for decision-making. Data Management: Evaluate and maintain data collection procedures, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility. Data Visualisation: Create clear, insightful dashboards and reports that communicate findings effectively to the BRIA team. Process Optimisation: Identify opportunities to streamline data operations and introduce digital solutions for better efficiency. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure data-driven alignment with BRIAs strategic objectives. Skills & Qualifications: Background in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields. Knowledge of database management, data modelling, and segmentation techniques. Programming experience with frameworks such as XML, JavaScript, or ETL. Familiarity with SQL, Excel, or other analytics and visualisation tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills. Strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English (spoken and written). Interest or experience working with immigrant communities is highly valued. Ability to work independently and deliver results in a collaborative, volunteer-driven environment. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating or directing events, ideally within nonprofit, cultural, or community organisations. Proven ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously with clarity and focus. Strong communication and leadership skills in both Portuguese and English. Experience in hybrid, virtual, and in‑person event planning. Excellent organisational and documentation skills, with attention to detail and consistency. Ability to work independently while collaborating across a distributed, multicultural team. Passionate about community engagement, cultural diversity, and delivering high‑impact events.
