HR Governance Administrator
We're looking for an organized and detail-focused HR Governance Administrator to join our client's HR team. In this role, you'll help make sure HR policies, compliance, and regulatory standards are followed across the organization. You'll be responsible for keeping accurate HR records, tracking adherence to internal and external guidelines, and supporting the development and implementation of governance frameworks, including fitness and probity requirements. What You'll be Doing:
The ideal candidate will have a structured, process-driven approach and a strong interest in compliance, risk, or governance within a corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update policies, ensuring they are aligned with current regulatory requirements and best practices.
Ensure compliance with internal and external policies, rules, and regulations, and monitor employee adherence to HR guidelines.
Focus on maintaining and updating documentation related to the Individual Accountability Framework (IAF), ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with regulatory standards.
Monitor employee adherence to the IAF and support fitness and probity requirements across the organization.
Process and maintain accurate HR data and records, ensuring that information is stored securely and in accordance with GDPR requirements.
Assist in auditing and reviewing HR processes to ensure they meet compliance standards and regulatory guidelines.
Support HR projects related to governance, including implementing policy changes and compliance initiatives.
Assist with the development and delivery of training sessions to ensure staff are informed of HR policies and compliance obligations.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
Previous experience in HR or a similar administrative role, with a focus on compliance and governance.
Experience working in a regulated environment
Knowledge of GDPR and data protection regulations is desirable.
Experience with Power BI an advantage.
Proficient in using HR software systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
