We’re looking for a Salon Account Manager to join our team in Ireland, covering Dublin North and North East Leinster, working directly with salon partners and spending the majority of time out in the field. You will be covering the following counties: Dublin, Meath, Louth, Monaghan, Cavan, West Meath, Offaly. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves relationship‑building, has strong commercial instincts, and is passionate about the professional hair industry. What you’ll be doing Manage and grow a portfolio of professional salon accounts across Dublin North & North East Leinster Build strong, trusted relationships with salon owners and stylists Drive sell‑in, distribution, visibility, and brand advocacy for Revlon Professional hair brands Deliver product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives in‑salon Identify growth opportunities and new business within your territory Work closely with Education, Marketing, and internal teams to support salon success Plan and manage your territory effectively, using data and insights to prioritise activity This is a field‑based role, involving regular travel within the territory. What we’re looking for ✅ Proven experience in field sales, account management, or business development ✅ Ideally from professional hair, beauty, FMCG, or a related field ✅ Strong relationship‑building and influencing skills ✅ Commercially driven, self‑motivated, and well‑organised ✅ Comfortable working independently and managing your own territory ✅ Full clean driving licence ✅Experience working with salons or within the professional hair industry is highly desirable, but not essential.
