In this role, you will provide first-line IT support and assist with the setup and maintenance of IT systems across the business. Responsibilities: Provide first-line support for IT issues, logging and resolving tickets. Assist with the setup of hardware, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Perform routine maintenance on IT systems and peripherals. Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and escalate to senior engineers when necessary. Maintain and update IT documentation, including user guides and procedures. Support the rollout of new software applications and IT projects. Work closely with other IT staff to ensure efficient service delivery. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on desktop and hardware support.
