  • Job Overview We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager (B2B) to join our recruitment team. Key Responsibilities Identify, target, and acquire new clients through field sales activities, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their hiring needs Present and sell recruitment and staffing solutions tailored to client requirements Negotiate commercial terms and contracts Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and reviews Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings. Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and forecasts Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in business development or sales. Strong field sales experience with a track record of closing deals Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships Must have own vehicle and willingness to travel Salary: €36,000 basic + uncapped commission (average annual commission earnings of €40,000)
