Required Skills & Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Building Services, or Construction Management Engineering. 5+ years' experience in an M&E coordination or building services role on Irish construction sites. Strong understanding of Irish building regulations, BCAR, and industry best practices. Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications. Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, plumbing, and related building services systems.
