Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and regulatory authorities. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards (IFRS, GAAP, etc.). Lead the preparation of financial statements, audits, and tax filings. Manage financial risk, controls, and the company’s internal financial procedures. Support the CFO in strategic planning, including profitability analysis and cost control. Oversee the finance team, providing guidance and training as needed. Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions. Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of experience in financial services or with relevant industry based experience. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and risk management.
