The main responsibilities for this role will be to assist with the everyday duties and daily operations at a busy establishment responsible for daily travel to and from the premises, assisting customers with any queries, departures and arrivals lounges, fire and security, assistingwith the runway and ramp, teleporters and machinery, helping with luggage and vehicles, offering information and helping customers with anything they need while on site. A varied role with a great potential for the right General Operative.   • SLG Coordinator

    We are seeking a qualified SLG Coordinator to oversee the safe and compliant setup of Signage, Lighting, and Guarding (SLG) at roadworks sites in West Cork. Our clients are a main contractor for TII and require someone to oversee the set-up of all traffic management plans and ensure safe working for the road crews and to ensure that delays are kept to a minimum. This is a permanent position, based on sites in County Cork. Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement SLG in line with traffic management regulations (e.g. Chapter 8/SOLAS). Coordinate crews during installation and removal of signs, barriers, and lighting. Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to ensure public and worker safety. Liaise with local authorities and utility companies to secure permits. Maintain accurate records of SLG setups and inspections. Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and legal requirements. Requirements: Valid SLG/SOLAS card or equivalent. Experience in traffic management or civil works.
