Your main responsibilities in this role will be to oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction. You will support staff, manage shifts and stock, maintain a clean environment, ensure regulatory compliance, and handle customer issues professionally. REQUIREMENTS 2-3 years of experience required. Oversee daily bar operations to ensure efficient service, high standards, and a positive guest experience. Lead, train, and support bar staff, ensuring team members adhere to company standards and deliver excellent customer service. Manage staff scheduling, shift coordination, and performance to maintain optimal staffing levels. Monitor stock levels, place orders, and control inventory to minimise waste and ensure product availability. Background in a fast-paced, high-volume bar setting with daily operations from 4:00 pm, including weekends and public holidays.
