Troubleshoot, fine‑tune processes, and respond to machine breakdowns promptly. Assist with mould changeovers, routine maintenance, and process optimisation to reduce downtime. Ensure product quality meets documented specifications and production targets are achieved. Monitor machine performance, reject levels, and material usage to maintain efficiency. Communicate shift objectives clearly to team members and help organise workflow. Step in to supervise and manage operatives when the supervisor is unavailable. Ensure raw materials and components are available for continuous production. Promote and maintain a safe working environment, following cleanroom and hygiene regulations.
