  • Head Chef - Leading 4* Hotel

    Red D are recruiting a Head Chef for a leading four-star hotel in Limerick. This is a senior kitchen leadership role suited to an experienced Head Chef who enjoys being hands-on, leading from the front and running a disciplined, well-organised kitchen operation. This Head Chef role is full-time, five days over seven, with hours aligned to business levels. It will suit a Head Chef who is comfortable balancing food quality, people management and cost control in a busy hotel environment. The role The Head Chef will take full responsibility for the kitchen operation, team performance and food standards across all services. Working closely with the Strategic Growth Director, youll lead and support end-to-end bid activity across RFI, ITT and RFP processes, ensuring every proposal is compelling, compliant and delivered to exacting brand standards. This is a senior, high-impact role in a hotel thats busy year-round and known for its great food, strong events business and consistently high service standards. With a popular bar and restaurant and event spaces hosting everything from board meetings to large wedding celebrations, the operation is varied, fast-paced and rewarding. As Operations Manager, youll be central to the hotels day-to-day success. Youll support the General Manager across all departments, ensuring standards are maintained, teams are supported and the operation runs smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being visible, involved and trusted to lead. Youll oversee food & beverage, front office, housekeeping and maintenance, balancing guest experience with commercial awareness.
