Managing contractors and engaging with 3rd‑party suppliers will be an important element in the role. Conduct formal training classes with customers. Provide information to engineering as needed to expand ongoing problems. Develop positive customer relationships. Schedule and prioritise service trips/support based on customer requirements. Prepare service call and expense reports in an accurate and timely manner. Assume full responsibility for customer satisfaction & deadlines for every service delivered.
