    Overview Reporting to the Hygiene Manager the Hygiene Operator will complete nightly cleans on production lines in a time frame in all production areas. Working nights and including Sunday as working week. Responsibilities Adherence to procedures GMP Daily hygiene and housekeeping, Cleaning instruction cards ensure cleaning instruction cards are met and 100% adhered to during clean downs. Following chemical training completed. Following sequence of cleaning training completed. BRC and 5s standards to be upheld every day: HR Metrics Key HR Metrics need to be maintained at all times in the business: Ensure to have good timekeeping and absence levels. Has a minimum of 11 hours rest between their shifts. Knowledge and application of company handbook, policies, and procedures.
