We are recruiting Site Agents for our Client based in the Dublin Area Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee all on-site construction activities. Ensure works are carried out safely and in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Manage site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are achieved. Maintain site records including daily diaries, progress reports, and health & safety documentation. Monitor progress against programme, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions. Manage site costs, control wastage, and assist in financial forecasting. Ensure quality control by carrying out inspections and overseeing testing procedures. Lead site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and the wider project team. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Promote a positive safety culture and encourage continuous improvement on site. Requirements Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience in a Site Agent, Site Manager, or similar supervisory role within the construction industry. Experience in Coastal and Marine Environments is preferable. Good understanding of health, safety, environmental, and quality standards (CSCS, SMSTS preferred). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts. Strong IT literacy (MS Office, project management software). Organised, proactive, and results driven.
