You’ll be successful here if you can lead stakeholders, sell the solution, and land decisions. What you’ll do Own end-to-end solution designs and target-state roadmaps across the corporate systems estate Run workshops, shape requirements, and align business and IT stakeholders Present options, trade-offs, risks and recommendations into senior governance / Design Authority Drive decisions where priorities clash (cost, risk, delivery, operations, security) Work across application, data and integration architecture (with security/ops realities in mind) Produce clear artefacts: solution overviews, options papers, ADRs, impact assessments and estimates What we’re looking for Strong experience architecting enterprise business applications (HR, Finance, shared services, corporate platforms) Proven modernisation experience (legacy to modern SaaS/platform, integration, operating model change) Excellent stakeholder management and communication—comfortable presenting to senior leaders Experience in a regulated environment is a strong advantage (utilities is a plus, not a requirement) Microsoft experience (highly desirable) Experience with any of the below is a strong bonus: Dynamics 365 (or enterprise apps in the Microsoft estate) Microsoft 365, Fabric, Power Platform / integration patterns Interested?
