Job Title: Substation Electrician Location:Ireland Reports To:PICW (Person In Charge of Work) ROLE PROFILE: Working on 33kV up to 400kV Substations on Assets Replacement and Maintenance related works Perform duties under the instructions issued by the PICW (Person In Charge of Work) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Installation of electrical infrastructure which includes, transformers, switchgear and cables Perform routine maintenance and repair substation electrical equipment including circuit breakers, power transformers, etc. Testing for loss of voltage before starting the work. Perform replacing old and erecting new switchgear, splicing and terminating conductors and cable installation works to client specifications.
