You’ll oversee the Internal Economic Capital Model, drive capital planning and regulatory deliverables, and influence risk‑based decisions at Executive and Board level in a collaborative, international environment. Key Responsibilities : Internal Model leadership: Own and coordinate the annual validation programme; review quarterly model results and present findings to the Risk Committee and Board. Capital & ORSA: Lead annual and ad‑hoc ORSA production; ensure consistency with the business plan; assess solvency over the planning horizon and evaluate capital management options.
