Description Company Details We are looking for an experienced Front Office Assistant to join our team. Radisson Blu St. Helen's Hotel prides itself on delivering an exceptional guest experience, every time. As the first point of contact, the Front Office Team work closely with the Operations, Sales, and Reservations teams to ensure that we achieve this level of guest experience. Responsibilities Ensure the guest experience is delivered consistently. Maximize revenue through efficient upselling. Assist guests with check-in, check-out, bookings and general queries. Make reservations and enter information into Opera as necessary. The Candidate Experience in a busy hotel Front Office department or similar an advantage. Liaising with Hotel Management throughout the property, with regards to customer needs. Ability to deal with staffing issues that may arise, in accordance with Hotel procedure. Assisting in the management of kitchen HACCP. To be aware of all food/menu requirements on a daily/weekly basis throughout the Hotel.
