CN DUMPLING, 4B Montague Street, Dublin 2, D02 W5C2. QXCY Restaurant Ltd T/A CN Dumpling operates a Cantonese Chinese style kitchen.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Head Chef to prepare menus, including specials.
Order, prepare, and keep stocked the common ingredients for all cooking stations (vegetables, meats, seafood, etc.).
Follow guidance of Head Chef in preparation and presentation of meals.
Abide by and enforce health codes and cleanliness standards in kitchen and food storage areas.
Train and supervise junior chefs on best practices, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Check plating accuracy (garnish, portion size, correct serving dish, etc.).
Anticipate and communicate shortages to Head Chef.
Qualifications
Asian Food chef qualification.
At least 2 years chef experience in Asian cuisine.
For non-EEA nationals, must hold a valid employment permit to work in Ireland.
Contract & Compensation
Permanent contract.
Annual salary €37,000.
38 hours per week.
