  • Driver - Installations

    Our client provides complete solutions for their customers and have a great opportunity for someone to join their friendly team as a van driver and installer of ATM’s within their customer estates. Working in a team of two, you will ideally also hold a C Class licence. Make your application after reading the following skill and qualification requirements for this position. Roles & Responsibilities: Based within the Installations, Moves and Changes (IMAC) team you will be responsible for the installation, removal, and relocation of hardware devices in branches and at remote customer sites as well as other building / construction projects, typically as part of a team within an assigned geographical area. You will support the day-to-day business carrying goods from the distribution centre all over Ireland but will be based in Dublin. You will be responsible for completing deliveries, assisting with loading and unloading the van, helping the installation team carry out basic skilled work, and being responsible for the safe deployment of goods to customer sites. Candidate Requirements: * Ideally you will have similar experience within a driving role and are able to maintain concentration for long periods as you will be driving independently for the majority of the working day. * This position will also involve the completion of delivery reports and keeping log books maintained therefore you will need to be articulate, have a good level of accuracy and excellent customer service skills for dealing with clients. * For this role, you will hold a B licence, however a Class C/C1 driving licence is preferable, and due to company insurance, you must be over the age of 25 and have held your licence for a minimum of 2 years with no more than 3 points. * As you will be required to assist with loading and unloading, you will need to be able to lift up to 25kg with assistance and ensure that the goods are safely secured in transit. Working Hours: The working hours are 40 hours per week, and overtime is available. The start times are flexible, between 6am and 8am depending on location each day. You will be working as part of a 2 person crew.     Our client, an industry leader is looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer, to join and be part of their field operations. They provide a wide range of solutions to the worlds leading banks, retail and commercial institutions. A vending, locker, self service or ATM background would be ideal. You will be looking after Dublin and the surrounding area. As a field Service Engineer you will provide technical support to their customers by carrying out maintenance on a range of Self-service devices based at banks, supermarkets, and independent stores across the required areas. You will be working independently, ‘in the field’, travelling to required areas on a daily basis. You will be provided with a company van, a mobile and a laptop, training, and the network of support you need to work autonomously. Key Responsibilities * Maintain / repair technical hardware problems on customer sites, predominantly ATM’s, but you may also work on Self-Service, Kiosks, Lockers and Vending machines. * Diagnose system problems in minimal time and repair. * Respond to all technical hardware problems on site. * Deal with customers in a professional manner during difficult high-pressure situations. * Work within the times scales as set out in the Service Level Agreements (SLAs). * Liaise with the logistics team to ensure parts are ordered and the customer is kept abreast of the situation. * Attend training classes to ensure fulfilment of Service Levels. * Coordinate with the technical resources necessary to resolve critical customer situations. * Liaise, coordinate with sub-contractors when needed. * Work well independently and in a team situation. * Make recommendations for improving service, reliability & performance. Skills and Experience Required: Technical hands-on experience working on either self-service machines, vending machines, ATM’s or other such hardware is essential. Experience of working on Windows based software is advantageous. Previous experience in a similar customer facing environment working to achieve customer service level agreements. A flexible approach to work and a willingness to learn new skills. Good communication skills with ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team across the business. This is very much a customer facing role and you will need to be comfortable liaising with all levels of personnel. You will also be liaising with many departments within the business, reporting back and updating situations. A full UK Valid Driving License is essential for this role and comes with a vehicle, fuel card, laptop, phone, tools and workwear. Able to work one weekend in 4. On your working weekend you are given one day's leave either side of the weekend.
