Ability to develop and mentor junior staff, including technical training and performance management. Desire to build out propositions to meet client needs and develop a viable, commercial professional service offering. Strong IT (e.g. MS Excel and Word) and actuarial modelling skills; base advice on analytical abilities. Strong technical, problem identification, analytical and solutioning skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver quality work within timescales. Self-motivated with responsibility for personal development in technical and broader consulting skills.
