  • Account Manager

    - Dublin Pike

My client is a growing independent brand experience agency expanding its Irish operation following a significant new client win. The agency works across experiential marketing, live activations, cultural campaigns and consumer engagement, with a particular strength in nightlife, leisure, hospitality and age-restricted categories. About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Account Manager who enjoys fast-moving, hands‑on experiential work and wants to join a business at an early stage of its Irish growth. You will have real visibility across campaigns, from planning and client liaison through to field delivery, logistics, reporting and post‑campaign review. This is not a purely desk‑based account management role. It will suit someone who enjoys being close to the action, is comfortable working with field teams, and can manage multiple moving parts without losing sight of the client relationship or campaign objectives. The role will focus on the rollout of experiential activity for a major international client in the adult nicotine alternatives category. Because of the nature of the sector, candidates should be comfortable working on campaigns aimed strictly at adult audiences. Responsibilities Managing experiential and brand activation projects across Ireland. Coordinating campaign delivery across Dublin, Cork and other regional locations. Managing and supporting a national team of field‑based brand ambassadors and activation staff. Translating client briefs into clear operational plans, timelines and delivery schedules. Liaising with client stakeholders and ensuring activity is delivered to the expected standard. Overseeing staffing, logistics, stock, event kit, branded assets and activation materials. Supporting activations in nightlife, leisure, on‑trade and social environments. Managing multiple campaigns and seasonal activity at the same time. Preparing campaign updates, reports and performance summaries. Working closely with colleagues in Ireland and the UK to ensure smooth delivery. Supporting launches, rebrands, sampling activity and wider brand experience campaigns. Troubleshooting issues on the ground and ensuring activations run professionally. Contributing to the growth and culture of a new Irish agency team. Qualifications 2–4 years’ relevant experience in experiential marketing, events, activations, account management or project coordination. A strong interest in live events, nightlife, culture, brands and consumer behaviour. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage several moving parts at once. Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients, suppliers and field teams. Experience coordinating events, activations, promotional teams or brand ambassadors. A practical, hands‑on approach and a willingness to get involved in delivery. Good commercial judgement and the ability to represent the agency professionally. A strong understanding of Irish culture, social habits and consumer nuances. The ability to work in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial agency environment. Comfort working on campaigns connected to adult‑only, age‑restricted consumer categories. Flexibility to attend activations and occasional events outside standard office hours. Willingness to travel occasionally within Ireland and, from time to time, to the UK. Required Skills Experiential marketing agencies. Events agencies. Brand activation teams. Youth, culture or lifestyle marketing agencies. Promotional staffing or field marketing environments. Integrated creative agencies with a strong live activation element. Pay range and compensation package Excellent Salary. Benefits include: 10% annual on‑target bonus. Pension contributions. Life insurance. Free eye tests. 28 days’ annual leave, plus recognised local bank holidays. Christmas office closure. Performance management and career development pathways. Work and wellbeing initiatives. Mental health support. Flexible hybrid working. Collaborative Dublin city‑centre office environment. The agency offers a flexible hybrid working model, with the office used mainly for planning, launches, collaboration and team sessions. The culture is mobile, practical and delivery‑focused rather than rigidly office‑based. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants more ownership than they might get in a large network agency. The Irish operation is at an early stage, so the successful candidate will have the chance to help shape how the account is run, how activations are delivered and how the local team develops. #J-18808-Ljbffr

My client is a specialist digital fundraising agency working with ambitious charity and not-for-profit organisations across Ireland, the UK and international markets. The agency helps charities acquire new supporters and fundraisers through highly targeted social media campaigns, digital journeys and performance-led campaign management. This is an expert-led team with a strong track record in online fundraising, particularly around digital challenge and event-based campaigns. Their work sits at the intersection of paid social, data, creative testing, supporter acquisition and fundraising performance. The agency’s public positioning focuses on helping charities convert social media audiences into active fundraisers, with campaigns delivered across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other digital channels. My client is now seeking a Digital Campaign Executive to support the planning, build, deployment and optimisation of digital fundraising campaigns for charity clients. You will work closely with a Digital Campaign Manager and the wider team to help ensure campaigns are built accurately, launched on time and monitored effectively once live. The role will involve working across paid social platforms, landing page tools, email/SMS journeys, campaign trackers and reporting dashboards. You will also support the analysis function by helping maintain clean, accurate campaign and database information. This would suit someone who enjoys digital marketing, is comfortable with systems and spreadsheets, and takes pride in getting the details right. The work is fast-moving, but structured, with clear processes, checklists and support from more senior campaign specialists. The role is full-time, 35 hours per week, with flexible hybrid working. The position is largely remote, with some travel to a central Dublin office. Responsibilities Campaign Planning and Administration Supporting the Digital Campaign Manager with the preparation of digital fundraising campaigns. Helping build or update landing pages using third‑party website or campaign tools. Supporting the creation and maintenance of basic email and SMS journeys where required. Making campaign updates as directed, including changes to copy, creative, targeting or campaign structure. Quality Control and Campaign Checks Carrying out detailed pre‑launch checks across campaign builds. Checking links, tracking, copy, creative, budgets, audiences and platform settings before campaigns go live. Reviewing campaign components against agreed briefs and checklists. Identifying errors or inconsistencies and escalating these promptly. Supporting live campaign monitoring by flagging issues, anomalies or performance concerns. Helping ensure all campaign activity is delivered accurately and to a high standard. Data, Reporting and Analysis Support Gathering campaign performance data from platforms and internal sources. Inputting data accurately into trackers, spreadsheets and reporting dashboards. Supporting basic data hygiene, database updates and campaign record management. Assisting the analysis function with clean, consistent and reliable data entry. Preparing simple campaign summaries for internal review. Helping compile slides or updates for client meetings. Supporting the team’s ability to learn from campaign performance and apply those learnings to future activity. Team Collaboration and Development Working closely with the Digital Campaign Manager, analysis team, client service team and wider digital specialists. Participating in team meetings, campaign reviews, training sessions and feedback discussions. Asking questions, seeking feedback and actively building digital campaign knowledge. Keeping up to date with changes across social platforms, paid media tools and campaign best practice. Supporting colleagues where needed to ensure client campaigns are delivered on time. Contributing to a positive, practical and collaborative agency culture. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, paid social, campaign administration or social media advertising. Experience may come from an agency role or in‑house marketing role. A strong interest in paid social platforms such as Meta, Instagram, TikTok or similar. Good spreadsheet skills and comfort working with campaign data. Excellent attention to detail. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. A methodical approach to following processes, checklists and campaign instructions. A willingness to learn advertising platforms, landing page tools, email/SMS tools and basic tracking concepts. Strong written and verbal communication skills. The confidence to ask questions and flag issues early. A proactive, curious and practical attitude. The ability to work in a busy, deadline‑driven environment with support from senior team members. Personal Attributes Careful and accurate in their work. Curious about how digital campaigns work. Keen to build a long‑term career in digital marketing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
