Role: Social Care Workers – Day Services
Locations: Various Prosper Fingal locations, North County Dublin
Hours: Circa 35 hours per week
Contract: Permanent Contract
Salary Scale: €36,391 – €52,444 (commensurate with experience)
About the Role
As a Social Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting and empowering adults with intellectual disabilities to:
Support people to build independence and life skills
Facilitate participation in community and creative activities
Promote confidence, wellbeing, and meaningful relationships
You will be part of a passionate, professional, and person-centred team , committed to providing respectful, progressive, and empowering services.
Requirements
QQI Level 7/8 Bachelor’s Degree in Social Care or a related field
Registered with CORU (or in process of registration)
Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word
Full, clean manual driving licence (essential)
Previous experience in disability services (desirable)
Knowledge of New Directions services and supports for adults with disabilities (advantageous)
