Prepare accurate interest statements, redemption calculations, and loan level reporting using our loan management system.
Load, validate, and execute repayment files to ensure precise lender repayments.
Maintain and reconcile core loan spreadsheets to ensure accuracy across current and historical loan data.
Produce monthly portfolio performance dashboards and insights for senior management and the CFO.

Maintain accurate and up to date loan data across internal systems including loan servicing tools, monitoring files, and CRM.
Maintain supporting documentation such as covenant evidence, borrower reporting records, and insurance files.
Recommend and implement improvements to portfolio monitoring processes, templates, and reporting frameworks.
Support the optimisation and rollout of the new loan management software.
Contribute to scenario analysis, sensitivity reviews, and stress testing models to strengthen portfolio oversight.
3. Collaboration across Teams
Work closely with the credit, servicing, and operations teams to ensure a smooth loan lifecycle from approval to repayment.
Provide data driven insights to support new lending decisions, portfolio concentration analysis, and credit reviews.
Liaise with borrowers to obtain financial information, progress reports, insurance documentation, and other reporting obligations.
