SUMMARY
To supervise test candidates to ensure the efficient invigilation and execution of tests at Prometric test centers.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive test candidates and visitors upon arrival.
Perform security and verification checks, including ID verification and license entitlement confirmation.
Monitor candidates during tests to ensure a secure environment.
Sign test candidates in and out of the testing room.
File reports for irregularities or complaints.
Ensure security by managing locks and security systems; may hold keys to the facility.
Operate computer hardware and test center equipment.
Support operations and technical staff with data communications.
Operate DVRs, digital cameras, telephones, and alarm systems as required.
Participate in quality assurance, audits, and company initiatives as a team player.
Maintain cleanliness of the Test Centre.
Ensure a safe work environment and report health & safety issues.
Complete required training and accreditation exams.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Flexibility in hours and ability to cover other test centers if needed.
Customer service experience.
Ability to meet commitments and respond to management requests.
Excellent interpersonal skills and team operation ability.
