  • Audio Visual Engineer

Our immediate requirement is for an experienced AV Engineer to be a key part of our Regional team, representing proAV and working on and off site at regional client offices. One of many openings available at proAV (who have over 500 team members globally), this position is based within our end user’s organisation who continue to invest in state-of-the-art technologies, services, and training. This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional, experienced AV Engineer to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity. Experience and seniority of the position will be reflected by the remuneration and benefits package. Key Responsibilities: The primary expectation of the role is to provide field based and onsite AV support services across proAV accounts in the region. * Supporting Field Service Break fix activities in this region with additional travel outside of region as required. * Preventative maintenance visits as required. * Provide client specific BAU and events onsite support as required. * Manage all onsite events within large presentation spaces as required. * Meeting room support for large complex events, Town halls, special events, and VIP’s video meetings. * Conduct planning meetings with client event organisers to ensure the correct technology is being used, leading to successful meetings/events. * Pre-testing of meeting room spaces and manage proAV onsite support deliverables. * Provide a meet & greet service as required to assist all VIP meetings and for clients who require a technician to help connect audio and video (virtually and in room as required). * Support stakeholders and end users and any requests received from the client. * Locate faults or problems and provide solutions on a second / third line basis. * Ability to provide systems work around in the event of failures. * Ensure fault tickets are logged via client ticketing portal and resolved within SLA. * Manage equipment repairs and implement critical spares as required. * Support / manage software / firmware updates once instructed / change control. * Proactively train and support end users as required. Our immediate requirement is for a Warehouse Operative to be a key part of our Dublin team, representing proAV, supporting day-to-day operations of the warehouse through assisting with the intake of goods, picking items for deliveries and managing returns. This is an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity. Key Responsibilities: * Receive incoming deliveries, verify quantities and specifications against delivery notes and purchase documentation, and report any discrepancies promptly. * Accurately capture and record serial numbers, MAC addresses, and other asset identifiers to support asset tracking and inventory management systems. * Safely unload and load delivery vehicles using appropriate manual handling techniques and equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. * Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage, defects, or inconsistencies, and escalate issues in line with company procedures. * Process returns efficiently, including documentation, inspection, and coordination with relevant internal teams or suppliers. * Sort, label, and store equipment in designated warehouse locations to maintain an organised, accessible, and secure storage environment. * Pick, pack, and prepare equipment for dispatch, ensuring accuracy, correct labelling, and readiness for shipping. * Maintain general warehouse cleanliness and organisation, including adherence to safety, housekeeping, and operational standards. * Carry out deliveries to client sites as required, ensuring timely, secure, and professional handling of equipment and accurate completion of delivery documentation. Personal skills: * Attention to detail – Able to follow instructions carefully and check work to avoid errors in picking, packing, and recording items. * Good communication skills – Listens well and communicates clearly with supervisors and team members. * Teamwork – Works cooperatively with others and contributes to a positive, supportive working environment. * Organisational skills – Keeps work areas tidy and follows processes for storing and handling goods. * Health and safety awareness – Understands the importance of safe working practices and follows safety rules at all times. * Physical capability – Able to carry out manual handling tasks safely and responsibly. * Basic IT or record-keeping skills – Comfortable using simple systems or paperwork to log items and follow processes. * A valid counterbalance forklift license is required for this role. * As the role includes deliveries to client sites, a clean full driving license is required for this role.
