Customer & Account Management: Build strong relationships with installers, plumbers, contractors, and self-build customers. Handle key customer accounts and ensure all clients receive a high level of service and support. Manage customer complaints or escalations professionally and in a timely manner. Buying & Stock Management: Support the buying team by selecting ranges that meet market demand and reflect current trends. Liaise with suppliers on pricing, promotions, and delivery times. Monitor stock levels, manage showroom display products, and ensure strong availability. Team & Reporting: Monitor performance against sales targets and KPIs; deliver regular reports to senior management. Train and develop team members, including product knowledge, sales skills, and system use. Work closely with the branch team on overall sales strategy and operational efficiency.   • Our Client, a leading Residential Developer is looking to recruit a Development Manager in the Dublin area due to continued expansion. The chosen candidate will have responsibility for multiple Projects all at various stages of their Development Lifecycle including feasibility, masterplan, planning, design & delivery stages. The projects will be predominantly residential focused developments and of low to medium density. Reporting to the Development Director, the Candidate will coordinate all matters related to the relevant Projects, extracting the relevant information from the various internal Departments ensuring the Project Business Plan is delivered as intended. Responsibilities / Duties Liaise, coordinate and integrate with all internal Departments to develop and continually update the Project Business Plan. Actively monitor the Project Appraisal and prepare monthly reports relative to both the underwrite and the live Business Plan for review by Senior Management Develop Project specific programs and workflows including key milestones for each using Microsoft Project or similar to ensure that the milestones of the Business Plan are achieved Report weekly on each Project including program status, budget, issues effecting progress and identifying items which need to be escalated through Senior Management to maintain progress Coordinate the Design process from Masterplan stage through Planning Stage such that each internal Department is aware and approves the development progression and recording this process Actively engaging the Design Team to ensure information is delivered in a timely manner and in line with meeting records Prepare roles and responsibility matrices for the Consultant Team and manage all professional appointments with input from the relevant internal departments for all stages of the Project. Monitor and ensure design progression complies with building regs, planning legislation and statutory requirements including challenging the Design Team to actively demonstrate this is the case and utilising internal expertise where appropriate. Manage the transition from Planning Stage through to Delivery Stage on each Project including chairing development meetings to record progress Liaise with third party stakeholders, statutory authorities, and Local Authorities regarding all matters relevant to the Project including planning compliance, Part V agreements, etc. Qualities / previous experience Relevant Third Level Qualification in Property Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar Having successfully worked as part a Development Team previously or in one of the above disciplines would be a distinct advantage Previous experience in a Client-side PM Role preferable Previous experience in a Project Manager / Coordination role managing multiple Consultants working on various disciplines Understanding and knowledge of residential planning and development including unit typologies, unit efficiencies, cost metrics, market trends, competing product, etc. Excellent communication skills including proven ability to lead a multidisciplinary team of both internal and external stakeholders Excellent IT skills across the full Microsoft Office suite Ability to engage in multi-faceted workflows and quickly identifying critical path items A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects Accuracy, attention to detail and a methodical nature in all aspects of work is a must Benefits: Competitive salary package & benefits.
