What Youll Be Doing: Installing, servicing, and supporting label printers and scanning systems at customer sites and in the workshop. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with speed and professionalism. Providing training and guidance to clients to ensure optimal system performance. Collaborating with our internal team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. What You Bring: Technical background in, electrical hardware, software, or IT. Experience with label printing systems (Thermal and Inkjet) is a strong advantage. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel across Ireland and work independently.
