HR Advisor / People Partner - Dublin (Multi-Site Hospitality)
Location: Dublin | Hybrid / Site-Based Role
We're partnering with a well-known, premium hospitality brand to hire a People Partner / HR Advisor supporting two flagship Dublin locations.
This is a high-impact, hands‑on HR role where you'll act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership , driving people strategy, employee engagement, and operational excellence in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
The Role
Partner with leadership to deliver commercially focused HR support
Lead on employee relations, coaching managers through complex cases
Support the full employee lifecycle - recruitment, onboarding, performance, and retention
Use data and insights to improve engagement, retention, and team performance
Deliver training and support people initiatives across sites
Contribute to wider HR projects including openings, change programmes, and culture initiatives
What We're Looking For
Proven HR generalist experience (hospitality, retail, or multi‑site environments ideal)
Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and employee relations
Confident stakeholder manager - able to influence and challenge where needed
Commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategy and hands‑on delivery
Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑moving operational environment
