As part of this programme, we are hiring an Epic‑certified Inpatient Analyst to lead the build and development of inpatient mental health workflows, working closely with clinical and project teams. What you'll be doing Designing, configuring, and testing EpicCare Inpatient workflows for mental health services (including CAMHS/CYMPH). Developing workflow content for Clinical Documentation, Orders, Procedure Orders, Order Transmittal, and Bugsy. Leading workflow design sessions with clinical mental health teams and service leads. Creating training content and supporting readiness activities for end users. Embedding within the Inpatient application team and contributing to project deliverables. Supporting cross‑team collaboration to ensure high‑quality and clinically aligned design. Must‑have experience Epic certification and hands‑on experience in EpicCare Inpatient (Clinical Documentation, Orders, Procedure Orders, Order Transmittal, or Bugsy). Proven experience on a recent Epic implementation. Direct experience designing inpatient mental health workflows (CAMHS/CYMPH highly desirable).
