A valued client of Primtac Personnel based in North County Dublin is looking for a Recruitment Manager to join their growing team and manage the end to end recruitment process across the company. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver well-matched candidate shortlists. Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interview panels and hiring managers. Regularly track and maintain recruitment data reports and performance metrics. Manage the offer process, including extending offers, negotiating terms, and preparing offer letters. Conduct comprehensive reference checks for prospective hires. Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, covering inductions, documentation, and follow-up meetings. Support general HR operations and participate in ad hoc projects as required. Manage recruitment and training budgets, ensuring efficient, cost-effective talent acquisition and development solutions. Design, implement, and manage training programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and productivity. Identify training needs and develop tailored learning solutions for various roles within the logistics sector. Deliver dynamic training using diverse methods, including workshops, e-learning, simulations, and on-the-job coaching. Collaborate with department leaders to address skills gaps and promote continuous learning initiatives. IDEAL CANDIDATE 35+ years of technical sourcing experience within an in-house recruitment team or search firm environment. Demonstrated success in proactively engaging and attracting passive candidates. Previous experience in a HR or recruitment role within Ireland. A third-level qualification in HR or Recruitment is desirable. Strong organisational abilities and excellent administrative skills. Experience in the logistics sector is an advantage. Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation. Committed to maintaining strict confidentiality and professional discretion.
