Key Responsibilities: Route Analysis: Collecting and analyzing data on domestic and commercial customer routes, considering factors like distance, traffic, time, and bin weights. The goal is to optimize route capacity and identify new geographical areas for expansion. Depot Performance Monitoring: Ensuring depots complete required checks on refuse collection vehicles (RCVs), analyzing data on missed or incorrect collections, and verifying that depot processes are followed. Skip Collection Analysis: Providing insights on skip collection performance, including job completion rates, turnaround times, skip weights, and ensuring pricing structures align with skip weights. Regulatory Compliance: Assisting with data collection for regulatory bodies such as the NWPCO, WERLAs, EPA, and local authorities, and attending audits as necessary. Root Cause Analysis: Investigating customer onboarding failures, providing data to identify the root cause, and working with management to implement corrective measures. Standard Operating Procedures: Assisting in the review and testing of operating procedures to ensure efficient workflows. Candidate Profile: Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably with experience in the waste industry. Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work across different business areas. Education: A degree in a relevant discipline is desirable but not essential. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as fluency in English.   • The Health & Safety Officer will be responsible for managing all HSE matters across Ireland. The focus will be to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, in addition to developing the companys health and safety management system.
