What You’ll Do as a Group Director of Sourcing, Quality & Sustainability In this critical role, you will shape and execute the strategic direction of these three functions, aligning them end‑to‑end to strengthen the connection between design, development and production. You will lead the long‑term transformation of our sourcing model, deepen strategic supplier partnerships, elevate product quality and embed ESG at the heart of how we design, source and deliver product. Overseeing global sourcing strategy, supplier management, quality assurance and sustainability governance, you will ensure robust risk management, regulatory readiness and commercial resilience. Proven track record in leading and implementing global sourcing strategies in a fashion retail business in the value space delivering improvements in cost, speed, flexibility, and supplier performance.     The Identity Technical Delivery Manager will deliver and coordinate a portfolio of identity and access management initiatives as laid out by the Identity Platform Manager. What You’ll Do as a Identity Technical Delivery Manager In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day: Translate the strategic identity roadmap, defined by the identity Platform Manager, into executable delivery plans. Lead the delivery of a Privileged Access Management (PAM) expansion programme, increasing coverage across critical systems, cloud platforms, and infrastructure. Oversee the end-to-end implementation, from business case to BAU, of an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solution, ensuring appropriate integration with HR systems, directories, and business applications. Provide leadership to project managers, business analysts, and technical resources and manage cross-functional teams including architects and engineers. Ensure programme activities support regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI‑DSS). Monitor, manage, and escalation programme risks, issues, and dependencies. What You’ll Bring Proven track record of delivering IDAM programmes. Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts, including PAM, IGA, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and JML processes. Hands‑on experience overseeing implementation of commercial PAM and IGA platforms (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta). Strong stakeholder management, able to influence senior executives and technical teams alike.
