Responsibilities Shape Global Learning Strategy: You’ll lead the development of a clear and compelling learning strategy that supports colleagues at all levels across Primark’s global business. Overview Job title: Learning Products Specialist Reports to: Learning Products Manager Location: Dublin or Reading Purpose of the role: This role is part of the Leadership, Talent Development & Culture function and will be responsible for leading the design and development of high-quality learning products and programmes across various formats. This role will work closely with L&D delivery teams and P&C leaders to create engaging and effective global learning products that meets the needs of the organisation and leaves a lasting positive impact on colleague engagement and performance. Key responsibilities Accountable for leading training needs analyses to inform learning product strategy and priorities, and to inform clear outcome statements linked to demonstrating clear ROI. Lead the development of complex, global learning solutions – managing the end-to-end process from discovery to design to implementation to evaluation and continuous improvement. Build a strong global stakeholder network to gather ongoing insight as well as to pilot and test learning solutions - reshaping as necessary. Partner closely with in-country teams to ensure Primark maximise country specific learning grants and funding for colleague development – ensuring we meet government requirements and governance. Build engaging learning products and supporting materials across various formats, including learning modules, workshops, videos, job aids, and facilitator guides. Collaborate closely with P&C leaders and business leaders to gather information and ensure learning product accuracy, relevance, and impact. Lead the upskilling of colleagues globally to implement learning products and solutions through an extensive ‘train the trainer’ or ‘coach the coach’ model. Create communications and engagement strategies to enable the effective delivery of learning programmes and products. Build and execute evaluation processes to review the effectiveness and ROI of learning products and programmes – using insight to adapt and adjust products to maximise business impact. Lead supplier relationships to ensure solutions and services delivered are fit for purpose and delivering real value. Stay update to date with the latest trends and innovations in learning technologies and instructional design and incorporate best practices into product development.
