Due to continued growth, we are now seeking talented and motivated Service Engineers to join our team and help us maintain and enhance our clients swimming pool systems. Job Description: As a Service Engineer, you will play a vital role in the servicing, repair, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems and equipment in domestic and commercial swimming pools. You will work with a variety of electrical and mechanical components, including pool lighting, heating systems, pumps, filtration, and control systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer with a passion for delivering high-quality technical services in a dynamic and rewarding industry. Key Responsibilities: Perform electrical and mechanical installations, repairs, and maintenance on swimming pool equipment, including pumps, heaters, lighting, and control systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and ensure swift and efficient resolution. Ensure all electrical and mechanical systems comply with relevant safety standards and regulations. Work with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on electrical and mechanical solutions for their pools. Complete service reports and ensure accurate documentation of work completed and materials used. Manage a range of service requests, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Work independently, while also being part of a supportive and skilled team. Work alongside construction teams to plan and execute electrical and mechanical work during pool installations and renovations. Essential Skills and Qualifications: Valid certification or apprenticeship completed or relevant qualification Previous experience in electrical maintenance, ideally in a similar role or industry (swimming pools, leisure). Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical safety standards and regulations. Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Full, clean driving license (as you will be required to travel to client sites).
