Minimum 5 years experience in an M&E coordination or building services role on Irish construction projects. Strong understanding of Irish building regulations, BCAR processes, and best-practice standards. Proficient in reading and interpreting M&E drawings, schematics, and specifications. Good knowledge across HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, plumbing and general building services systems. Familiarity with BIM, AutoCAD, Procore or other project management tools is an advantage. Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
