As a Client Account Manager, in our Dublin office you will be in charge of driving a sophisticated book of business of large Sports brands in the Retail sector. We’re looking for an experienced self-driven Client Account Manager to help our most strategic partners successfully grow their business through Pinterest. You’ll work directly with some of our key advertisers as a trusted consultant to their business. What You’ll Do Build and nurture relationships with our brand partners, proactively reaching out to clients regarding campaign performance, optimizations, updates, and opportunities. Handle resistance, complaints, or objections from partners professionally and patiently. Cross-sell and upsell opportunities that contribute to the team’s ability to exceed revenue targets. Understand complex processes and products, distilling them down into a digestible format for our partners. Provide clients with guidance and expertise on product capabilities, best practices, and features to boost performance. Be highly knowledgeable about all relevant Pinterest ad product features and capable of clearly explaining their benefits to a customer. Maintain up-to-date education and fluency on evolving product roadmap and iterations. What We’re Looking For Digital advertising sales experience, ideally with managing performance advertisers. Track record of compelling data-backed storytelling and recommendations. What you’ll do: Design and implement scalable solutions that ensure privacy compliance and protect sensitive user data, including data handling and deletion processes. As a Sales Finance Business Partnering Manager, you will act as the mini-CFO for the sales divisions that you will support.
