  • Your mission Train, qualify and operate safely on the Boeing 737 Next Generation, delivering reliable on-time performance and outstanding passenger experience on every sector. Complete a Boeing 737NG type rating and structured airline induction programme. Operate to the highest safety, compliance and professionalism standards, adhering to SOPs, SMS and CRM principles. Conduct thorough preflight planning, briefings and threat/error management with a strong team mindset. Engage in continuous improvement through recurrent training and checking. Contribute to a positive cockpit culture with clear communication and sound decision-making. Minimum requirements Licence: Frozen ATPL with valid IR, ME, MCC and UPRT Medical: EASA or UK CAA Class 1 English: Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 Type rating: Not required; Boeing 737NG training provided Right to work: Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or UK (sponsorship not available) Flight School Report (mandatory) Your Flight School Report must be written in English and signed by your Head of Training ( HOT ). This requirement applies to both integrated and modular students and must include: All ATPL theoretical results, clearly detailing any repeats CPL and MEIR series passes Information relating to your performance throughout training Hour requirements: Modular course: minimum 100 hours as Pilot-in-Command ( PIC ) Integrated course: minimum 70 hours as PIC if completed during integrated training, as set out in Appendix 3 A, C & D to Part-FCL and AMC1 to Appendix 3 A, C & D What you can expect Permanent employment with type-specific training on the Boeing 737NG Structured line training, mentoring and ongoing professional development A modern, safety-first operation with strong team culture Clear pathway from cadetship to line operations How to apply Submit a concise application including the following documents: Up-to-date CV/resume Copy of licence and Class 1 medical (EASA or UK CAA) Flight School Report as specified above (in English, signed by HOT) Logbook extract detailing total time and PIC hours (per modular/integrated pathway) Proof of unrestricted EU and/or UK work and residency rights Only candidates meeting the stated requirements, including the Flight School Report, can be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
