    Overview The Senior Database Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex database systems to support our business operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, performance, and security. Your expertise in Oracle, PL/SQL, and Snowflake components, along with your understanding and experience in CI/CD processes and Jenkins, will be critical in driving our database initiatives and achieving our organizational goals. Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain database systems using Oracle and PL/SQL. Optimize database performance and ensure high availability. Develop and execute database scripts, stored procedures, and functions. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins. Collaborate with software developers to integrate database systems with applications. Design and develop Snowflake data models, integrations, and transformations. Monitor database health and troubleshoot issues. Implement and enforce database security policies. Perform data modeling and design database schemas. Conduct database backups, recovery, and disaster recovery planning. Provide technical support and guidance to junior database developers. Stay updated with the latest database technologies and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a Database Developer or similar role. Expertise in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development. Strong knowledge of Snowflake components and their implementation. Understanding and experience with CI/CD processes and tools, particularly Jenkins. Strong understanding of database design, modeling, and optimization techniques. Experience with database performance tuning and query optimization. Proficiency in SQL and database management tools. Knowledge of database security best practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Preferred Qualifications Experience with other database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server. Knowledge of cloud-based database solutions (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure SQL Database).
