About the Role As a Customer ServiceAccount Manager, youll be a key point of contact for our clients ensuring that maintenance issues are managed smoothly, relationships are nurtured, and objectives are achieved with precision and care. Youll work closely with our Helpdesk and wider Phasor teams to deliver exceptional service and support our clients needs in a dynamic and rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and nurture key client relationships, acting as their primary point of contact. Oversee and coordinate day-to-day reactive maintenance issues across client sites. Ensure all reports are delivered with accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail. Collaborate with other Phasor departments to support seamless service delivery. Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams, ensuring expectations are exceeded. Skills, Experience & Attributes Minimum 5 years experience in administration within the services or property management industry. Proven experience leading or coordinating a team of field technicians. Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong IT proficiency experience with JobLogic or similar job management software is an advantage. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Excellent attention to detail with strong written and numerical ability. A team player with integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude. Fluent in spoken and written English. Why Join Phasor? Our office is located in Northwest Business Park in Ballycoolin , Dublin 15 The Role We are seeking a fully qualified electrician to join the team reporting into the Electrical Projects Manager. The position is a full-time permanent position and the hours of work are 8am 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 3.30pm Friday. Weekend or evening work is never a requirement so this job would really suit somebody who needs certainty around working hours for family or outside work reasons. Person Specification Be personable & outgoing and a team player. The successful candidate will be smart, professional, customer services orientated and an enthusiastic individual. Present well in a corporate environment and have proven customer relationship skills Have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Necessary qualification attained Qualified certifier (QC No.) desirable but not essential Responsibilities: Qualified Electrician with at least 5 years experience. Experience in running small projects coming in at or under budget. Experience in Renewables such as EV Charging / Solar PV desirable but not essential as training will be provided. Computer / Smart Phone literate for updating job info / photos onto company App. Work to high standard.
