What You Will Bring Degree in a relevant field A professional accounting qualification or part qualified. Experience of reporting under UK GAAP, IFRS, including knowledge of IFRS16, IFRS 15 and IFRS 9 and simplified IFRS. Experience of reporting under US GAAP and knowledge of the differences between US and IFRS GAAP is desirable. Experience of preparing Financial Statements under FRS101 & FRS 102 and IFRS, including interpretation and implementation of new standards and consolidation of accounts. Experience of implementing and maintaining a control framework, including documentation of controls. Experience of external and internal audits, including interim and final audit participation and liaising with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure the timely and successful completion of the audits.
