This is a highly technical engineering role focused on designing, building, and operationalizing new digital experience remediation solutions from scratch. This engineer will serve as the technical backbone of the Digital Experience (DEX) program, converting insights into automated remediations that eliminate friction and improve the digital experience for the workforce. This role goes beyond analytics – centring on engineering, automation, root cause analysis, and continuous endpoint improvement. What You Can Expect Solve new IT challenges via root cause analysis and create PowerShell scripts and other solutions in Nexthink to remediate end user computing challenges that don’t have templated solutions. Collaborate with the L2/L3 service desk teams to learn about any new technical solutions they’ve built to see if we can re‑imagine them as proactive or preventative solutions in Nexthink. Leverage actionable insights and intelligence to understand causes of digital friction. Act on insights in the form of automated self‑healing and API‑based integrations, working with engineering teams to expand platform value. Analyze insights to understand digital friction drivers and engineer targeted solutions. Participate in major incident management processes to investigate, diagnose, and remediate technology outages. Integrate Nexthink into various IT processes (e.g., ITSM, SecOps, DevOps, IT operations management, IT asset management, etc.) to improve quality and stability of technology and services. Measure and set business outcomes, KPIs, experience‑level agreements (XLAs) and objectives and key results (OKRs). Use Nexthink to promote workforce digital dexterity, like the elimination of administrative overhead with automation. Stay up to date on Nexthink engineering and platform best practices. What You Will Do Engineer and deliver Nexthink‑powered remediation for end user computing issues. Operationalize use cases, converting insights into automated or guided actions. Own creation of self‑healing, automated flows, and large‑scale remediations. Perform deep root cause analysis and develop custom scripts and configurations. Integrate Nexthink into broader IT operational processes and automation layers. Monitor experience performance, adoption, and improvement trends. Actively participate in incident and major incident response. Define, track, and communicate measurable business outcomes. What You Will Bring 2+ years in a technical role focused on solutioning in Nexthink or with an equivalent automation platform / digital experience management tool. 3+ years supporting enterprise IT environments (EUC, endpoint engineering, service desk, etc.). Strong EUC engineering and/or L3 troubleshooting background. Experience designing and building technical solutions from scratch in Nexthink. Strong scripting experience in PowerShell, Bash, and/or Python. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to identify patterns, causes, and optimal Nexthink solutions and remediations. Strong technical acumen and consultative mindset. Experience in global organizations (preferred). Continuous learner with a strong commitment to skills growth, digital experience maturity, and Nexthink platform expertise. As part of the Retirement Strategies Mortality & Underwriting team within Prudential Retirement Strategies, the Actuarial Associate will be responsible for monitoring and developing mortality trends as part of the annual assumption process, maintaining monitoring dashboards, supporting Pension Risk Transfer and Longevity Risk Transfer Underwriting methodologies, and enhancing tools/infrastructure. What You Can Expect Prepare and present assumption proposals to the Assumption Review Committee, with a focus on mortality and marital assumptions. Assess impacts of assumption proposals for pricing of new business and valuation of inforce products.
