Owing to the continued growth of its business and its regulatory footprint, PGIM Private Capital is seeking a Compliance Analyst to provide compliance support and oversight of its European business. What You Will Do Undertake day-to-day activities linked to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC) such as Customer Due Diligence (CDD), adverse media and sanctions screening and risk assessments. Contribute to the review, implementation and enhancement of compliance policies and procedures. Assess changes in the regulatory environment and possible conclusions regarding necessary compliance measures. Educate and train employees in internal and regulatory compliance matters in order to maintain compliance awareness. Collect and collate information required for senior management reporting. Protect the integrity and reputation of the Company and develop a positive compliance culture. What You Will Bring Self-starter and strong team player who is inquisitive and self-motivated. Previous experience of working in a related capacity for a financial services company, preferably in compliance/regulatory, legal, risk, audit, or a similar control function. Experience of European financial regulation and markets and a genuine interest in global compliance concerns. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proven analytical and project management skills. Detail oriented, able to set priorities and complete simultaneous projects. What Will Set You Apart? Experience in, and a good understanding of private credit/alternative asset classes and/or private fund structures.
