To qualify you should be an experienced people manager and passionate about encouraging people to deliver their best. You need to be curious about learning new ways of managing areas of our business that you might not be familiar with, such as our Grooming Studio, and ready to be a hands on leader on the sales floor. This is a full time role and as it's retail we trade weekends so you will be expected to be here at least one weekend day per week.
