Description Overview Scope of the Role • Represent QA in computer system validation projects including change controls, deviations and periodic reviews and Data integrity for CSCI • Provide support with guidelines and regulations such as GAMP 5, EU GMP Annex 11, and FDA CFR Part 11 • Act according to the Quality Assurance (QA) vision, strategy and standards for the integrated Perrigo CSCI group • Keep going awareness of new and developing regulations (different ISO regulations, GMP, GDP, MDR, MDD). • Support in the maintenance of Quality Systems, including electronical systems (Trackwise, LMS,…). • Provide QA training to the entire group (European branch of the Perrigo Company) regarding computer system validation and Data Integrity and evaluate training effectiveness, including the creation of powerpoint presentations, online recorded trainings, etc. • Ensure adherence to critical procedures and compliance to requirements for record retention. • Be part of third-party qualification and regular third-party auditing for all topics related to Computer System Validation and Data integrity. • Assist in performing internal QA audits. • Support in the maintenance of the Quality Management System by creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures, Best Practices and Working Instructions. related to Computer Systems and Data Integrity • Provide support in establishing and maintaining the ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 Quality Management System related to Computer Systems and Data Integrity. • Identify gaps and areas for improvement in QA processes related to Computer system and handling and lead remedial actions and initiatives. Experience Required • Bachelor degree in IT, engineering, biochemistry, chemistry or equivalent through experience. • You are fluent in spoken and written English, other languages are a benefit. • At least 2-5 years relevant experience in Computer system validation in Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Devices industry • Deep knowledge of FDA regulations (especially CFR Part 11), EU GMP Annex 11 and GAMP 5. • Knowledge of the relevant European regulations for pharmaceutical products (GMP specifically Annex 11, GDP), Medical Devices (MDR, MDD, ISO13485, ISO14971), Food, Food Supplements (HACCP, ISO 22000) Cosmetics (ISO 22716) is an asset Benefits We believe our people are our greatest asset. Description Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Compensation Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is centered on executive compensation and share plan administration, with opportunities as part of the Global Total Rewards Center of Expertise to contribute to broad-based compensation strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in designing, managing, and analyzing compensation strategies that drive business success, ensure competitive advantage, and align with the company's goals. Scope of the Role Partner with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate executive compensation policies, programs and governance impacting company executives and Board of Directors. Oversee the administration, transactions and compliance of share-based incentive programs including Perrigo’s time-based and performance-based awards. Ensure accurate tracking and reporting for equity compensation programs. Provide responsive, high-quality support to HR partners, company leaders and employees; leading educational sessions and communication plans underscoring the value of share-based compensation. Partner with Legal, Finance and other stakeholders on the annual CD&A narrative as well as preparation of compensation and equity tables for public disclosure (annual proxy statement). Strategically identify opportunities for process improvement and improved employee experience. Facilitate quarterly and annual Board of Director compensation and partner with tax experts on documentation for annual tax returns and compliance. Manage incentive compensation planning and reporting for mobile executives, ensuring awareness and education as well as tax compliance Collaborate with finance, legal, and HR teams to manage share plans effectively and address regulatory requirements. Partner with Corporate Functional Leaders on compensation and job evaluation guidance Support Total Rewards strategies and ad hoc analysis and compensation projects Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Typically 5+ years of experience in compensation consulting or related roles, with a focus on executive compensation and share plans in a publicly traded company. Exceptional knowledge of compensation principle and global administration and regulations of equity vehicles. Proficiency in data analysis tools and HRIS systems. Demonstrated expertise in growing sales, P&L management, category management, generating insights & actions with data, and strategic planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and the ability to use other data analysis tools (Nielsen, IQVIA, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across various teams. Travel is occasionally required (approximately 10%).
