Overview
We’re hiring a Senior Strength & Conditioning Coach to join our team. One of our coaches is heading to Australia, so a real opportunity has opened up to step into a busy, well-established role with athletes who are already bought in and progressing.
Our preference is a senior coach, but if you’re a strong S&C coach who’s ready to level up and you’re the right fit for the team, we want to hear from you.
Performance Dynamics has grown quickly over the last year across both our Senior and Junior performance programmes. We’re building something serious, and we want coaches who want to be part of it.
What you’ll be doing
Delivering world-class coaching
Our athletes trust us with their development. Overdelivering is the standard. If "good enough" is in your vocabulary, this role isn’t for you. You’ll be expected to coach exceptional sessions both in the gym and on the pitch.
Building individual programmes
You’ll build programmes based on real athletic assessment data, not templates. Every session you design will directly affect how an athlete performs when it counts.
Performance testing
You’ll use force plates, dynamometers and other testing tools to profile athletes and shape their training. Your insights will drive decisions, from small tweaks to full programme changes.
Building relationships and growing the programme
This is a senior, front‑line role. As well as coaching, you’ll play a real part in attracting new athletes, onboarding them properly, and looking after the relationships that keep our programmes full. If you enjoy connecting with athletes, parents and clubs, you’ll do well here. If you only want to coach in your bubble, this isn’t the role.
Setting the standard
You won’t just coach, you’ll lead. You’ll set the tone for discipline, work rate and standards that athletes feel every time they walk in.
Looking after the facility
Our space reflects our standards. You’ll help maintain equipment, improve systems, and keep the environment one our athletes are proud to train in.
What we’re looking for
We want a coach who raises the average. Someone who brings expertise, initiative and energy to the team.

Why join us
You’ll be coaching athletes who get tested regularly with force plates and other sports‑science tools, and trained on individual programmes built from that data. That’s the standard here. It’s not the norm in most private facilities in Ireland.
You’ll join a small, tight team of coaches who care about their craft and back each other up. There’s autonomy, room to grow, and CPD support to keep developing as a coach.
