By joining the award winning Legal team supporting International Beverages Europe (IB Europe) as Legal Counsel – Europe IB (Franchise), you will be an integral member of the Europe Legal team, providing legal support for our Franchise (FOBO) beverage markets in Europe (excluding Russia), and assisting the General Counsel across all FOBO territories. Location Preferred location is Dublin, Ireland. PepsiCo's office is located in George’s Quay Dublin, Ireland Role Purpose Provide proactive, business centric legal counsel across Europe FOBO markets—acting as a strategic partner to franchise leadership, safeguarding PepsiCo through robust governance, practical risk management, and high quality contracting—while contributing to Europe wide initiatives and standards. Reporting line Reports to the General Counsel, Europe IB Responsibilities Strategic business partnering: Drive timely, high quality legal support for franchise operations; proactively analyze and mitigate risk while enabling growth. Primary legal point of contact: Serve franchise leaders (Franchise Directors/Managers) and Finance/Control teams as first line independent counsel on day to day matters. Litigation strategy & management: Under the General Counsel's supervision, oversee external counsel, set litigation strategy, and implement mitigation plans. Franchise governance & transactions: Draft, negotiate, and manage core franchise agreements and amendments, including Bottling Appointments, Concentrate & Marketing Agreements, and Business Development Agreements. Commercial contracting: Issue accurate, reliable contracts across franchise, control, supply chain, sales, and finance—aligned to PepsiCo policies, precedents, and controls. Risk & corporate governance: Identify and manage legal risk/exposure with third parties; ensure robust corporate governance and complete corporate records. Policy implementation & enablement: Implement company policies and provide cross functional support on the documentation needed for effective execution. Digital & process excellence: Simplify/automate legal processes; drive the continued roll out of digital tools across Europe IB. Training & capability building: Design and deliver targeted training (e.g., anti bribery/anti corruption, antitrust/competition, key contract provisions); uplift legal acumen across client groups. Collaboration across IB system: Partner with Europe OU Functions, IB Legal, Global Law Department, PPGA, and Trademark teams to apply global precedents and best practices. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) required; LL.M. is an advantage. Qualified lawyer, admitted in country of qualification, with minimum 8 years' experience (law firm and/or in house). FCPA and EU Competition Law: required. GDPR/data privacy: knowledge is a plus (and familiarity with evolving European privacy frameworks). Demonstrated experience in corporate compliance, drafting/reviewing/negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts, and stakeholder management across complex, multi market environments. Fluency in English (spoken & written); fluency in other EU languages is an advantage.   • SAP S/4 Migration Data Lead

    The SAP S/4 Migration Data Lead role is responsible for overseeing all data-related activities for the S/4 migration project as part of the global PGT program. The role ensures the successful extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and migration of data from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 HANA and is critical to enabling a smooth transition with minimal disruption to business operations. The role acts as the central point of coordination between business and technical teams ensuring data integrity, governance, and compliance throughout the full project lifecycle.     The Maintenance Supervisor at PepsiCo's Carrigaline facility will be responsible for executing the site's preventive and predictive maintenance program, troubleshooting technical issues on the floor, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring maintenance work is planned, scheduled, and completed safely and to appropriate standards. This role plays a critical part in supporting production uptime, asset care, audit readiness, and maintenance excellence across the site.
