Responsibilities Develop and establish global capability best practices/standards for implementation. This would involve supporting a Perfect store community globally Work closely with Global, Sectors, BUs to diagnose existing perfect store programs maturity and build roadmaps for advancement, as per Global Perfect Store playbook and gold standard services & solutions Execute High Impact Projects: Consult existing Perfect Store programs advancement when deploying new services & solutions Hands-on support of establishment of new Perfect Store programs, incl. scaling into new markets / channels Collaborate effectively with broad array of keys stakeholders across DX/GCC to drive Perfect Store connectivity Deploy consistent Perfect Store Value Realization tracking Develop and deploy Perfect Store chapters within E2E commercial playbooks, to deliver sustainable profitable granular growth as per SDD priorities Work with DX Capability lead to develop, deploy and deliver Global Perfect Store capability programs to ensure learning application is maximized globally to address needs of Global DX Perfect store community Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience with managing Perfect Store program on the ground. Proven track record across both traditional and organized trade channels.
