About the Team: The Pepper Legal team is an agile, commercially focused unit which provides legal support to a wide variety of internal business areas. All members of the team work collaboratively together to support the goals of Pepper Advantage Ireland.
About the Role: Reporting to the Head of Legal, this is a highly visible, business-focused role offering exposure to a broad range of subject areas. The role will involve reviewing title and security documentation and providing advice and guidance to relevant business areas in relation to registration, perfection, and litigation queries. The role will also require the candidate to engage and liaise with external legal service providers to ensure continuous improvements are being achieved in terms of cost management and process efficiencies.
The candidate will need at least two years’ post qualification experience, ideally in financial services or working in a regulated financial services environment. It is expected that the candidate will have sufficiently broad experience and flexibility to support business requirements as needed and the role will require the candidate to be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and high-pressure environment managing multiple matters simultaneously with flexibility and resilience.
This role is based in our Shannon office, and the successful candidate will be required to be on-site three days a week. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified lawyer to join an exciting and dynamic team in the Mid-West of Ireland.
