Commercial Financial Controller Wicklow Competitive package Opportunity to Lead Finance Transformation and Growth Our client is seeking an experienced finance professional to play a pivotal role in an ambitious period of expansion, with plans to increase headcount by 50% over the next two years. This position will be responsible for maximising the effectiveness of current financial systems, updating and automating processes to support scalable growth, and ensuring robust cashflow management. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for auditors, banks, and key suppliers. You will also provide critical support in pricing and tendering for projects, collaborating closely with operational teams to drive commercial success. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in financial controls, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities Maximise and optimise existing financial systems Work closely with the MD on contract reviews & cross checks Update and automate finance processes to improve efficiency Oversee cashflow management and forecasting Act as main liaison for audit, banking, and supplier relationships Assist with pricing strategies and tendering for new projects Support growth initiatives and workforce expansion planning US & Europe Provide accurate financial reporting and analysis to senior management Oversee finance, procurement & IT Requirements Accounting qualification essential Ideal candidates will have proven experience in a commercial finance role, ideally in manufacturing or similar with solid exposure to WIP reporting ERP implementation, experience with Odoo would be great Strong analytical and communication skills Track record of driving operational improvements within a scaling environment Remuneration Competitive salary for the right candidate.
