Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who will run marketing and publishing initiatives for Lost Rift - early access game that mixes PvPvE and survival experiences.
Responsibilities
Plan, budget and execute marketing and promotional activities (including relationship with outlets, streamers, customers) to market post-launch content updates in collaboration with the development team.
Run publishing activities related to release management, relationship with stores, sales initiatives (including discounts, bundles, etc).
Produce engaging marketing content for different marketing and promotional channels.
Oversee and execute project’s global communication on various platforms.
Collaborate with project leadership to develop and execute project roadmap and help the team achieve their business objectives.
Help distill product pillars into brand guidelines and actionable long-term strategies to successfully make products stand out against the crowded marketplace.
Create reports, projections and analysis.
Ensure that all communication activities are compliant with legal regulations.
Provide constant and timely information to team members.
Qualifications
Typically 4+ years of experience in marketing or publishing departments/teams for indie games.
Experience in working on a live / early access games
Fluency in English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in integrated marketing, brand strategy and publishing pipelines.
