Day-to-Day Responsibilities Take ownership of all client service issues, identifying the root cause and offering a suitable resolution to any concerns raised. Ensure all client queries, service issues and requests to cancel are thoroughly investigated and resolved in line with SLA through discussion with the client and appropriate internal stakeholders whilst focusing on client resolution and retention. Identify and pro-actively contact at risk clients to promote the benefits of our products and service and encourage implementation and usage. Provide feedback to sales and service agents, to help improve efficiencies, processes and promote best practice. Understand all client databases and systems to adequately investigate and respond to the client. Maintenance of client profile including additional sites, change in employee information and undertaking investigations where appropriate. Liaise with clients via written correspondence, telephone, and video calls. Carry out onboarding calls with new clients, confirming agreement details, ensuring their registration to software platforms and scheduling consultations with relevant service areas to ensure a smooth onboarding. Ensure all onboarding processes and procedures are adhered to.     - Dublin

    Employment Litigation Consultant - Office based role. Attractive salary with a 6k car allowance. We are looking for an individual who can join our Ireland Litigation team, working from our Dublin office. In conjunction with our HR/Employment Law advice teams you will be responsible for delivering high standards of care to our clients. Job Overview Supporting our clients when they receive Workplace Relations Commission complaints and Labour Court appeal papers. You will take ownership of each case and be responsible for drafting responses, visiting clients, preparing cases for hearing and representing clients at both face to face and remote hearings whist managing all administrative work associated with the cases. Review all claims brought against clients in the employment tribunal bodies, specifically the Workplace Relations Commission and the Labour Court. Support clients with mediation / conciliation matters in the Workplace Relations Commission and the Labour Court. Make early and prompt contact with clients to notify the client of conduct of the case and to advise and take instructions from clients. Visit clients as required to include offsite at their premises/offices throughout Ireland . Advise clients on the merits of any claim(s) and the prospects of successfully defending claims. Obtain all relevant and necessary documentation and draft appropriate responses on behalf of clients for their approval. Prepare hearing booklets or documents in the appropriate or agreed format in preparation for hearing. Identify witnesses and liaise with witnesses, where required. Correspond with the Workplace Relations Commission and the Labour Court, claimants' representatives, and clients. To regularly review cases and provide updates as required for the purposes of cover status in relation to Peninsula Protect or Irwell Insurance, as required. Prepare any reports necessary for Peninsula Protect or Irwell Insurance in respect of any claims as may be required. Prepare and complete all administrative tasks associated with your cases. Provide support to other departments within the business, as required. Engage in and deliver training where required both internally and externally. Research. Demonstrate commercial knowledge of the Companys range of services and products and to be able to discuss these with clients as appropriate. To proactively assist in the retention of existing clients and to promote new business by obtaining referrals for new clients. Responsible for ensuring that the requisite knowledge of employment law and technical skills is of the standard required in order to be able to carry out the work and to the standards as outlined in this job description. Attend any company of the Group offices throughout United Kingdom and Ireland as required by management. Any other reasonable duties as may be required by management as part of your role. What you Bring to the Team A \"can-do\" attitude, a thirst for knowledge and the ability to communicate knowledge effectively within the team. Experience of reviewing and processing employment law claims. Third Level Qualification in Law / Employment Law / Human Resources / Industrial Relations.
